BATESVILLE, Ind., Sept. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Hillenbrand, Inc. (NYSE: HI), has declared a dividend of $0.19 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 30, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business Sept. 16, 2011.
