Hillenbrand to Host Investor Luncheons in New York City and Boston

Hillenbrand, Inc. will be hosting an investor luncheon from noon to 1:30 p.m. in New York, N.Y., on Jan. 14, 2010, and in Boston, Mass., on Jan. 15, 2010, to discuss the definitive agreement for Hillenbrand to acquire K-Tron International, Inc. .

The luncheons will provide an opportunity to hear from and meet members of the Hillenbrand and K-Tron management teams (Ken Camp, president and CEO of Hillenbrand; Cindy Lucchese, Hillenbrand's CFO; Mark Lanning, Hillenbrand's investor relations officer; and Lukas Guenthardt, senior vice president of corporate development at K-Tron).
